Ingredients
Blank postcards

Method
Ask them to write two messages, one on each side of the postcard.  One is to their colleagues and the other is to the workshop leader.  You can leave it as open responses or suggest what they might say.  They could tell their colleagues what they have gained from the session and how the will apply it.  They could tell the workshop leader something they liked, something they did not like and how it could be improved in the future.

Special Notes
Collect all the postcards in.  Sometimes it is interesting to compare the two sides from the same participant.
